When booking any service please read full description by clicking " More Info " for any service being booked

Any person booking any service is required to have CC on file to hold their appointment time. This covers Lash Queen Beauty Co. in case of late cancellation/ rescheduling or no-shows. The credit card on file will not be charged unless one of the above occurs.

Note: You are also able to use the credit card on file to pay for the appointment at the end of your service.

Payments accepted at the time of the appointment : credit card, Cash, Venmo, Cash App

Appointment Guidelines

Be sure arrive to all lash appointments with clean lashes....free of any oils and/or makeup residues (mascara, eyeliner, strip lash glue, etc.) this will affect your retention.

Please be on time for your appointment(s). LATE NOTICE: Most of the time I have appointments back to back, my time and clients time is VERY important.

If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment and I am still able to take your appointment, a $15 late fee will be added to appointment time at LQ discretion.

I love getting to know my new lash queens but I do kindly ask to keep the talking to a minimum as it allows you to not only keep still for your lash service, but I am also able to work more quickly and efficiently that way. (Talking can make your eyes water, flutter, and even make the eye tape or eye gel pads creep upwards into your eyes therefore causing you some eye irritation.) Keep in mind that you're still more than welcome to ask any questions at any time.

Lash naps are always welcomed! Get comfy and relax and enjoy the LQBC experience.

Cancellation Policy

A Valid credit card is required for booking any appointment and will be held for security. Please make sure that your card is visible in your profile.

We ask that as a courtesy of our time and yours that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment that you do so a minimum of 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time and No Fee will be assessed.

Any person that is a No-Show or has cancelled an appointment two (2) hours or less before scheduled appointment time will be charged 100% of the price amount for that appointment ( No Exceptions). Failure to pay fee may result in legal action, and client will not be able to book with Lash Queen Beauty Co. and its affiliates in the future.
